MechAlytics is built on the premise that meaning comes from relationships, not isolated observations. By examining how information, constraints, dependencies, and outcomes connect, it determines what actions are required through a consistent analytical framework. When the same conditions repeatedly produce the same outcome, that knowledge can be reused rather than continuously rediscovered.

Analysis Requires Justification Before any analytical work begins, the framework requires that a question be formed. What are we trying to determine? What would change the conclusion? What evidence would confirm or deny it?
Repetition Is Waste If a question has been answered and that answer has been validated, the framework routes to that answer — not back through analysis. Drift-Braking operationalizes this at the execution level.
Uncertainty Is Structural The framework does not suppress uncertainty. It classifies it. An unknown is not a failure state — it is an input to a review process. Suppressed uncertainty is a governance failure.
Capability Requires Validation An outcome does not become organizational capability by being produced. It becomes capability by being validated, tested for stability, and explicitly promoted. AgentSaver operationalizes this.

Why "forensic" is
not a metaphor.

Forensic analysis is defined by rigor, traceability, and defensibility under scrutiny. A forensic conclusion must hold up when challenged — not because it was asserted confidently, but because it was built correctly.
