The Standard

How ForensAlytics
approaches analysis.

Every ForensAlytics product is built against a common set of principles. These principles are not aspirational. They are operational — enforced in how products evaluate information, route decisions, and validate outcomes.

"A conclusion without evidence is a guess.
A decision without reasoning is a risk.
An outcome without validation is temporary."
The ForensAlytics Standard — forensalytics.us
Four Principles

What every ForensAlytics
product is held to.

01
Evidence First
No conclusion is accepted without traceable evidence. Every finding produced by a ForensAlytics product points back to the source information that supports it. Assertions that cannot be traced are flagged — not surfaced as conclusions.
02
Transparent Reasoning
How a conclusion was reached is as important as the conclusion itself. ForensAlytics products surface their reasoning — not just outputs — so that risk and governance owners can evaluate the analytical path, not just the result. Unexplained outputs have no place in a defensible governance framework.
03
Repeatable Methods
The same input, evaluated with the same criteria, should produce the same analysis. ForensAlytics products apply consistent analytical methods so that comparisons are valid and drift is detectable. Inconsistency is itself an analytical signal.
04
Acknowledged Uncertainty
Gaps in evidence, ambiguous classifications, and incomplete information are surfaced — not hidden. An unknown routed to review is more valuable than a guess promoted as a conclusion. The system must know what it does not know.
In Practice

The Standard applied
across each product.

GREP-O²
Evidence First
Obligations, dependencies, and stakeholders are identified from structured inputs — not inferred. If something cannot be confirmed, it is flagged as requiring verification before execution proceeds.
Drift-Braking™
Repeatable Methods
Every request is evaluated against the same governed rules. Equivalent inputs produce equivalent routing decisions. Drift — when the same input produces different outcomes — is a measurable signal, not normal variation.
AgentSaver™
Acknowledged Uncertainty
Outcomes are not promoted automatically. They enter a review queue, are tested, and must demonstrate stability before becoming organizational capability. Unvalidated outcomes remain in review — not in production.
All Products
Transparent Reasoning
Every recommendation surfaces the reasoning behind it. Governance owners see why a recommendation was made, what evidence supports it, and what would change the conclusion. Approval requires understanding — consistent with audit-ready, evidence-based decision frameworks.
All Products
Governance Controls
The Standard requires structured approval gates at consequential decision points — consistent with enterprise change management, separation of duties, and risk control frameworks. Recommendations surface evidence. Approval authority remains with designated risk and governance owners.
The Framework
Consistency Across Products
All ForensAlytics products share the same underlying analytical framework — MechAlytics. The Standard is not a marketing statement. It is an architectural constraint enforced at the framework level.
